I worked with Sheila for about four months in 2012, and words cannot really describe how lucky my mother and I were while working with Sheila. When my mother and I first entered the market in Castro Valley, there was already a tremendous competition. Sheila demonstrated to us her competence and strong sense and knowledge of the market all the way through. Sheila tirelessly showed us numerous listings that, I quote her, "were flying off the shelf" very quickly. Her energy and enthusiasm were remarkable. Although we lost in the first time of offer, Sheila was both encouraging and savvy in guiding us through making our next few offers strategically. Sheila was truly a buyer´s agent, as she was able to look from my angle/situation and offered feedback and opinions that were beneficial to us. I love that she was always there for my mother and me. When there was a new listing that we wanted to visit, she would be there promptly. When I asked for the comparative market analysis or other documents (such as disclosures or inspection reports), she would send them to me without delay. She was also flexible and accommodating when it came to finding time for signing paperwork tailoring our schedules. Her work style is compatible to my concrete way of doing things. Besides her thorough follow-up, Sheila was able to offer me constructive and practical information that was downright "to the point" and helpful. Communication is a big plus for Sheila.
